Order arrived promptly. Called shortly after placing order on grubhub to inform us one of the items we ordered was not available. Made the adjustment to our order with a smile in her voice. An item was missing from our order when it was delivered. She was closing up for the night. But apologized with sincerity and drove the item to our home. On top of that it was some of the best fish fry and soul food I have had in the area.

First time I came they were great around the time they first opened. I went this past weekend and ordered the most expensive item on the menu. A $60.00 for 1lb of Crab legs and 4 large shrimp and I believe 2 sides. The man takes my order then 15 mins later comes back and says, ” We ain’t got what you want and we closed anyway” and i left terrible service. I came to spend money.

Owner came out walked past me. Greet 3 other customers. Looked at me and went back to the back of store. Also notice. She touch register and money with flour on her hands. Which tell me she touch food and dirty money. Also notice another worker touch register and money with gloves on. However I did eat my fish. Which was good.

I give 3 stars because when I first started going to this restaurant, the portion were great!! prices were great, food was awesome!!! but as I continue to eat every week, the prices went up!!! n portion got smaller!! I was in love with the fried snapper because of the size n taste but now it’s about 3 times smaller than usual .. I’m gonna try them one more time and if the portion continue to be small then I am stopping

Awesome customer service. They were out of what we ordered on grub hub and the owner called and accommodated us. They forgot our lemon pepper chicken (best i’ve had), when I called the owner answered, was apologetic and drove it over her self. The food is super delicious.

I tried ordering from this place TWICE on grubhub, and both times they canceled my order because they didn’t have one thing I wanted from the restaurant, instead of calling my phone and asking if I wanted something else instead. They were extremely rude to me Over the phone when I called to see why it was canceled. Horrible business practice would not recommend
