This is a great restaurant with some fantastic people running it! When we sat down to eat, we saw that it was packed. A regular there was talking to us about how it was the first time he’s seen Inge’s completely full. For a good reason too, it is truly a great atmosphere being ran by great people, but the food was also good! Nothing much to special about the food, just classic American diner food.

Classic greasy spoon diner. Sit at the counter and watch your breakfast get cooked by the culinary artists at the ageless griddle. ,,,

Inge’s diner on Fuller Ave Albany N.Y.( mix review )The exterior building is run down ,screen door falling apart, interior needs painting, the short stack pancakes was homemade fluffy and delicious, link sausage delicious. French fries was typical frozen fare,French toast was soggy, should have soaked less time in custard. Link sausage delicious. Scrambled eggs fresh and fluffy, home fries was tasty but soggy should have dried out more on grill. Tea was typical lipton brand ,it would be nice if Inge’s offered a variety to tea drinkers. I know we’re in a financial recession but breakfast prices a bit high than most diners, other than being rundown Inge’s has lots of potential if some t.l.c was implemented. If your in the area and crave homemade pancakes give this place a try. $$

If you live in this town or just driving through, you must stop. Food is fresh feels and tastes just like home. It’s a basic menu but of I’m ever back in town this will be my go to spot!!!

A hidden little gem. Was on a work trip in Albany and iHOP was packed so went to this spot. Looks old and vintage but the food and service is over the top. Highly recommend the chocolate chip pancakes.

The place looks like it’s about to fall down, but it’s obviously well-established with the locals which is always a good sign. Very casual and comfortable atmosphere, very friendly staff and patrons, but strangely tough pancakes.

Fabulous little diner. This is the quaint little “greasy spoon” we all love. Small, tables and counter, bacon for miles and great hash

Really like this place! Happy I stopped by. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but, it looks a bit better on the inside. The service was 5 star! It feels like a family operating the business (and I think it is tbh). The food was perfectly home-cooked, beautifully prepared, nice presentation, good seasoning, and I liked the proportions. Only reason this was not a 5 star review is because of the physical appearance.
