I was looking for a wood oven pizza especially being new the Charlotte and I came across Inizio on Park Road. I honestly was disappointed. The pizza has so much garlic is was really hard to enjoy any of it. My whole family did not like it. The pies were very doughy and very soggy in the middle. I honestly don’t even want the rest of pie I really want my money back.

Great pizza and great service! I’ve been coming here since around the time this place opened and the pizza is amazing! My boyfriend LOVES the pistachio pizza and I love the caprese salad, and Margarita pizza! Try the Rafaelle pizza but with the prosciutto ham instead of sausage! The hot oil is so good too! Be sure to grab a side!

Atmosphere is casual and great for anyone, whether it’s a small party or a group. Plenty of tables inside and out. Parking was plentiful. You order at the counter and they bring food to you. Plenty of beverage options. Highly recommend the arugula salad and the pistachio pizza. Actually, unless you have a nut allergy, you absolutely need to order the pistachio pizza. I will back next time in Charlotte!.

Friday was our first time at the Dilworth location and the staff were just as friendly and helpful as the Providence location. The crust makes it for us – slightly crunch outside & slightly chewy inside. Toppings are always fresh and flavors paired perfectly. Great location, possibly the best pizza in Charlotte and look forward to the next visit.

A must eat-in pizza place, they even import the water from Italy to make the dough. The food was delicious and we loved the pizza. Highly recommend you save room for dessert, the only photos we managed to take before we chowed down.

This is my favorite pizza in Charlotte, hands down! You have to get the pistachio pesto with pepperoni! But I have noticed the quality at the Park Rd location has gone down significantly over the years (when they used to be the best). Now, I find myself driving to the Ballantyne location, which makes a pizza run a 40-minute round trip as opposed to a 20-minute round trip. Since I do have to drive to the location that’s further away due to quality, I find myself not patronizing the business as much as I used to.

Our family considers this the best pizza in town. The Pistachio pizza year-round and the Lemon and Fig during the summer are our go-tos.
