We have dined here several times over the last year. Lunch is served throughout the week with dinner on Friday and Saturday night. They are closed on Sunday. The location can be a difficult one to find if you are not real familiar with the Franklin Factory off of Liberty and Franklin Road. The restaurant is tucked into the South end of the warehouses just off Liberty Pike.

Worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. We are traveling through and went out of our way to eat here because we love seafood and wanted to try somewhere unique. We arrived at 2:55pm on Saturday and a sign was taped to the door saying they were closing at 4pm and were not seating starting at 3pm. We entered and went to a booth and waited for the hostess. She refused to serve us even though we were there before 3pm. She said they are closing at 3pm. We said the sign on the door said 4pm. She then said they were not seating after 3pm. We pointed out that it was not 3pm yet and she rudely said they had already closed the kitchen and turned around and walked away. I wish I could review the food. Sadly, I can’t recommend based solely on the service.

The Hush Puppies, Fries, & Seafood Gumbo was GREAT! I didn’t enjoy my the Seafood Platter or the Fried Squid because seasoning was too salty & the batter coating wasn’t crispy. Music City Seafood portions was just right however very pricey. This place is not on my favorite seafood restaurant list to revisit when I am in Franklin, TN again.

Impressed with the rebranding (after Gulf Pride). Food is still great. They’ve improved the atmosphere and opened up the place by getting rid of the appalling salad bar. Servers were on top of things despite being overloaded.
