When we created InnerG Cafe it was important to prepare 100% plant-based dishes that fueled the body. Low-vibrating food is tiresome and uninspiring.
We want to consume food that rejuvenates the mind, body and soul. We quickly realized people wanted the same.
We prepare plant-based food that energizes, empowers, and inspires.
InnerG Cafe is the perfect place to transition to a plant-based lifestyle. We believe the journey to anything new starts within. First transform the mind, then spirit, and the body will follow. We prepare 100% plant-based food that energizes the body and mind.

I have been keeping this one to myself for too long! InnerG Cafe is an all plant-based cafe operating out of a yellow school bus. They also have gluten and soy-free options available upon request. The prices are a little high but the food was so good it didn’t even matter! I specifically loved the Haitian and Jamaican plates! That pikliz was everytthiinnggg, along with the callaloo. Rice was top tier and end it with a refreshing drink of InnerG Tea. There’s really no parking but you can pull up anywhere on the field.

Omg, the food was SO GOOD. The nachos were incredible and the potato salad was out of this world. It was so refreshing to find a vegan spot outside of downtown Orlando and the owner is a Gem! It’s a stationary food truck on the side of the road so don’t miss it! What a find!

I am new to the area and here visiting my sister. I was googling some vegan restaurants, and of course, some of the popular chains popped up. However, I wanted something more home cooked. I was about to give up and then saw InnerG. I checked the website out and was impressed. It turns out the spot was about 25 minutes away from my sister’s home. However, it was worth the drive… the food was amazing. I got the snack pack, which consisted of “meatless egg rolls,” which the owner uses chopped nuts in place of the meat and some other ingredients. But, it’s completely plant based. It was so good along with the hand cut potato fries and drink. Which was the black berry lemonade. All home made!!! The owner cooks the food by herself!! I also got a pecan chocolate chip cookie. I believe this is the type of place that non vegan foodies will enjoy.

I’ve ordered about 4 times and literally each time I noticed the price is going up at least $3-4 and for the portion size on my orders it’s not worth it going up so high. It shocks me every time. I remember the chickpea salad being $8, then it went to $9 now its at about $12 and the portion size is SUPER SMALL. And the description of the food is different once you get it. Hoping the prices will stop going up. Its like once a week or every 2 weeks LITERALLY

My family and I were so excited to eat our food and everything looked so good. My 4 year old took her first bite of her burger and looked at me upset. The burger “meat”was too salty to eat. Unfortunately almost everything we ordered had the “meat” in it like another burger and the cheeseburger egg rolls. I tried to give my daughter the fries to at least eat something but some of them were hard and not cooked through and they were cold. Ugh so frustrating. The Mac and cheese was okay but my daughter didn’t like them either so my husband and I ate a little of the Mac and cheese. We are on our way home from Orlando and it’s a 3 hour trip so we are quite disappointed especially since it took 45 minutes to get. So we added 45 minutes to our trip for food that isn’t really edible and cost us $74. Never again.

Amy was such a delightful hostess! She was polite and informative and made excellent suggestions to a newbie like me! The food was delicious and I felt good about what I was eating! I only Wish the venue was not so “outdoors”. Our Sunshine and heat can damper the mood but the refreshing tea and lemonade changed that real quick! Yum! And Aah! hopefully INNERG Cafe will consider a site location indoors , like at Water Tower Farmers Market.

I am so happy to have tried this place! The food was phenomenal! I ordered the EIM burger, candied squash and loaded nachos and everything was soooooo good. The walnut meat was seasoned to perfection on the burger and nachos. My toddler devoured the candied squash, which was so subtle and good. The owner had alkaline options for the buns, which I really appreciated. I love the layout and outside dining, it is very unique. If you are looking for a delicious vegan meal you have to try this place. You will not be disappointed.

The cheeseburger eggrolls were served with a sauce similar to big mac sauce, very good and kid friendly. We also tried the jackfruit sliders which I really enjoyed, the corn muffins and the fritters. We didn’t care much for the fritters but that’s a personal preference. I think location wise they’d do better closer to Downtown Winter Haven, I wish them tons of luck and can’t wait to come back to try more like the ribs, pizza and mushroom sandwich. We also had the kale salad and the innerg tea which was a 10/10. Kale salad reminded me of a greek salad, it was pretty good and refreshing. Give em a shot!
