iNoodle offers authentic Asian Fusion and Chinese cuisine inspired by family recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. After years of restaurant experience, the head chef received formal culinary training in New York City which inspired the birth of a new restaurant that would fuse centuries old traditions with highly refined contemporary skills. To honor the family’s traditions of cooking and hospitality, iNoodle opened in 2019 to serve the Ponte Vedra Beach community. iNoodle’s mission is to offer a genuine culinary experience in a warm, welcoming atmosphere that will leave every guest satisfied. Came at a weird time after 3pm so can’t speak to busy hours. Efficient and kind staff. Quality food and reasonable pricing sub $15. You can tell the business cares for its customers. Would highly recommend trying it out. Boba tea, ramen, and fried rice were all exceptional.

Had a craving for ramen but didn’t want to travel far from the house, so we tried this little spot and it didn’t disappoint. I had the tonkatsu ramen and my husband had the braised beef ramen. We shared edamame. The broth was so rich and hot, the pork belly was delicious, and that soft boiled egg. Yummm. I was not sad that my husband hates soft boiled eggs and gave me his. Service was quick but friendly. Prices are totally reasonable. We will absolutely be back!!

Went to this place for lunch and got the lunch combo which is $11.99 and comes with 2 dumplings, and a poke bowl or ramen (I got the poke bowl). I also got a brown sugar boba tea which was amazing! Overall this place was AMAZING! I definitely recommend.

The tonkotsu ramen absolutely blew my socks off! I had to stop a conversation because I wanted to focus on savoring it. They told me they cook the pork bone broth for 3 days! The broth was thick and rich. The pork was wonderfully flavorful (including a little bit of smokiness); the fatty portion melts in your mouth luxuriously. All the other elements were on point as well. At $13.49 (or something like that) it was ridiculously good value. The staff was also very friendly.

Excellent experience! Service was friendly and outstanding. Dumplings were filled and flavorful. We got the braised beef and tonkotsu ramen. Udon noodles are $1 extra, but they were cooked perfectly! The broth was rich and well seasoned. Portion sizes were generous as well. Finished with boba tea. Definitely recommend! It was our first time here, but we’ll be back for sure!

Friendly service and incredibly good ramen. Dropped by here for the first time today. Had myself some tonkatsu ramen. I’ve had quite a bit of ramen both in CA and here in FL, and this is easily in my top 2 or 3. It was a generous amount loaded with noodles, nice big slices of pork, and full of flavor. You can also opt to make it spicy; and they’ll bring you some chili oil you can add to it. Looking forward to coming back soon. Highly recommend it.
