I’ve been here a couple times before with my boyfriend and the ramen and sushi bowls are usually great. But this time I ordered from ubereats and the quality and taste is not what I expected from my past experiences. We are disappointed with the lack of flavor in both the ramen broth and the fresh salmon pieces.

Without a doubt, the best ramen place I have been to in the area. Service is quick and everyone there is friendly. Food is DELICIOUS. Tried a couple things and cannot wait to go back to try more of their menu. We had the spicy Tonkotsu ramen and it was amazing. The soup was spicy and flavorful. They use egg noodles which are my favorite and the pork belly was nice and tender. Definitely recommend this or the original Tonkotsu ramen if you’re not into spicy. It’s not too hot but there’s a little kick. We also got the Lincoln signature roll aka a wrap. I’ve never had a sushi wrap before and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it. The process there is cool too because you can actually create your own burritos, bowls, poke bowls, etc. Lastly, I got the J.K Rowling fries. They are korean or Japanese style fries topped with kimchi, pork belly, cheese, spicy mayo, and teriyaki sauce. Pretty heavy side dish but very tasty. One hundred percent would recommend checking this place out. I was not disappointed. Update: adding comments for COVID regulations as of September 2021. Interior is very clean and all staff members are wearing masks. Felt like a very safe experience.

Great local spot for Poke bowls! Very worth it. I built my own with wild rice, tuna, 4 sides (oshinko, edemame, seaweed salad, and cucumber) with sauce (spicy mayo and ginger) and sprinkle topping (inspiration mix and fried onion). Everything is fresh and tasty. The serving size is quite big for me and there’s enough food for 2 meals. They have takeout containers so you can bring your leftovers to go.

I drove from PA with 3 babies and ordered ahead but still had to wait 10 mins for my order. The only thing that made it worth the drive is there grilled chicken steamed buns. Very delicious. I was disappointed by their shrimp bun as it came with literally 1 shrimp per bun and I wasn’t a fan of the Shoyu broth but that’s my opinion. Oh the Gyoza was good too.

I really like Inspiration Roll for their customizable meals! If you have any dietary concerns or allergies, it is perfect because you can pick each and every ingredient that goes in your meal. Seating can be a bit limited, but the interior has a cozy vibe. Every time I have went, the ingredients have been fresh and clean! Personally, I love the poke salad and would highly recommend adding fried onions to your salad! The pricing can be a bit higher, depending on what you order, but I think it is perfect for lunch!

Order at the counter, make your own bowls, burritos, salads, etc. The fish was fresh and the ramen was flavorful. Salad bowl was lacking in flavor, but that’s entirely dependent on what toppings and sauces you add on. Prices and portions were fair.
