This restaurant is incredible. The Lomo Saltado here is really good. It is among the best I’ve ever had. The lomo is soft and well cooked. The sauce is exceptional. The Papas a la Huancaina are not bad. You get a bread basket. Service is good. They have an adjacent parking lot that fills up quick.

This is my new favorite restaurant, hands down. It reminds me of my (one) trip to Lima, many moons ago. I’ve been twice, a week apart, and I am determined to try everything on the menu at least once. Yes, that’s how good it is. Don’t believe me? You don’t have to, try for yourself and then reach out to me.

I went there on a couple occasions, the food was good, fresh and it has a very similar flavor to the original food in Peru. The service is good and it’s gotten faster. Usually I order Jalea de mariscos or ceviche de mixto they have a unique flavor and I highly recommend those plates, the prices are moderate. The only downside on my last visit, is I noticed that the fish is over cooked in the ceviche or they started to use frozen fish. The ceviche changes a lot in the freshness (fyi).

Bread wasn’t warm like it used to. But I’d go back it’s just not the same.

Been going here since it opened.. the lomo saltado is second to none! Mario’s down the street has nothing on this place. Service is always prompt and the food always is top notch. Atmosphere…. Well could use help but I go here for the best Peruvian in Los Angeles!

Absolutely loving eating at this establishment! I feel that it is very underrated. This place serves classic Peruvian dishes similar to Mario’s but with a smaller dining area. The great thing about this is that their service is 100 times better compared to Mario’s. They are very attentive. I.E. about 10 or so dining tables. The bathrooms fairly clean as well. At last let’s talk about the food, lomo saltado here is top notch but we usually get beef so I’m not sure about the chicken. We’ve pretty much had most of their seafood items including ceviche and it has more flavor than Mario’s imo. The Aji is to die for too, extremely good kick with tons of flavor. The only downside I can think of is the lack of parking space but the upside is there is typically no waiting to be sat at a table.

Quaint place. I called to ask if they were playing the soccer game which they said yes. Waitresses seemed overwhelmed upon arrival but were seated within 15-20min or so, our order consisted of ceviche de pescado, chaufa de carne and papas a la huancaina and they were all amazing comparable if not better to what you find in Lima, peru. The game was on and the food was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this restaurant with just a tad of patience for the wait staff. Try it!
