Entertainment was very good. However the food and service ,to expensive . Waiter didn’t keep good watch over our table, when food came it was very dry,very small portioned and when time to leave we actually had to go a find the waitress. No not complaining cause over all I still enjoyed myself. I’m sure they will improve in the near future. Will come back!

Service is terrible. I was put on a wait list and was told I had an hour wait. I waited for an hour in my car and missed their call for my table. I called them right back. After the second call, they answered and told me that they gave my table away. They gave me such a hard time about giving me the next table that I felt if I did get a table they would do bad things to my food so I just left. I should have listened to the online reviews, that said bad customer service, so its partly my fault. I will never go back.

I went there on April 5th 2016 because i heard that the food was good. Well my experience was not good, I ordered a turkey burger for $12.00, I thought It was going to be a nice plump burger for the price, it wasn’t, it tasted old and freezer burned. I let them know that I was not satisfied and that the burger tasted old. They apologized and also told me that that’s not one of their biggest sellers, my response was “but you can’t give people old food”. Maybe I should have chosen something else, never the less my first time there and I am turned off. Oh and it took a ling time to get my order…..

Food was awesome. Went on a Tuesday, sat down quickly but did take a while to get food. Waiters didn’t really know the menu to well but it is new location. Will go again same taste as Batters and Berrys without having to go up north.

Really I did not want two give them one star but they was open but I had to give them credit for that my wife had some fried green tomatoes and got me some fried pickle chip and the food is not good because both were horrible, they were both spicy hot and the pickle were to thick matter of fact like them you buy out of the candy store and slice two thick and the owner shows no accountability at all just a lot of rationalization. They will never get my patronage ever in life , because I refuse to give a dime with inadequate service and unprofessional service there are better places to go. Power of my dollars.

I was a fairly regular patron at this estasblishment, but the horrible service and decreasing food quality have become unbearable. My final experience was several weeks ago when our party of 12 waited two hours for our food. The garlic bread was burnt, the crab cakes looked like hockey pucks, and the replacements were not much better. The owner prepared our food and I cannot believe she sent them out. The pork chops were so thin I could have done better at Aldi, and the gravy tasted like it was canned. By the way, there was only one other party who ordered appetizers, ate and left while we waited 2 hours for our food. NEVER AGAIN!

We went there looking for Ionas on the blue and got totally different experience. We inquired about Ionas and the wait staff acted as if she had no idea what we were talking about. If “Ionas” closed just say so. Restaurants change names and ownership often. This place is actually “Live on the blue” same address but specializes in breakfast cuisines not Soul food. The food was good but very pricey for the portions. Also needs a better professional wait staff. Attitudes run high, must be the management. I guess so, if they keep hiding the fact that they are not what’s advertised on the website. Shame on them. Come on guys be up front and let people know.

The food was ok but the service was horrible. We sat at the bar and there were 3 people working the bar. 1 person was eating while making drinks, another was making drink and the third persons was basically just hovering and looked to be ill. Once our drink order was taken they had to run to the store to get the ingredients. Overall a bad experience will not return.
