At ReUnion Brewery, we’ve been brewing up distinct craft beer in Coralville and Iowa City, Iowa since 2015. Our Downtown Brewery is located in the historic Iowa City Ped Mall. It features 3 Levels with 20+ taps on each floor. Serving Food, Beer, and cocktails, this location will have a little something for everyone, including our top floor music venue, featuring bands and performances of all kinds. I’ve been to the Coralville location many times, but this was my first time at this location. I got here around 4:30pm on a Saturday and it was really busy. The bartender was very attentive and took my order right away. I got a flight of beers and the stouts were excellent. I highly recommend the “Imperial Banshee 2022” Russian Imperial Stout and the “Domo Affogato Mr Roboto” Coffee Milk Stout. I like the way this place is laid out. It’s about time downtown Iowa City got a brewery!

My vegetarian partner and I shared a ‘veggie quesadilla’ and ‘the perfect bowl.’ Both were delicious, had really nice spice, and great flavor. Award-winning chefs, bartenders, and brewers.

I love the ReUnion in Coralville and was a little worried about trying this location after seeing some negative reviews closer to their opening, but was pleasantly surprised by our visit this evening. Our waitress was super nice and gave us a great rundown on specials and everything we ordered was delicious. Probably my favorite thing we ordered was the mushroom flatbread and the chicken lettuce wraps. My partner got the burger and fries and said it was super good and the salmon was also really delicious and presented beautifully. Even better is we came during happy hour so our drinks were cheaper. Even with a limited menu, the food options are great and prepared very well. For the price, I was surprised by the quality. Definitely excited to come back and hopefully have a similar experience and try other menu items.

Not a ton of beer selections for a brewery – at least not much variety. The food was decent but very overpriced for you get – small portions and lacking robust flavor. And for there only being 2 other tables there, the service was very slow – took almost 10 minutes to just get waters to the table. It’s a recognizable name and that’s what this place banks on. Better options elsewhere though.

Was surprised by having to pay cover so early in the night. Painfully straight crowd, and the bartender upstairs was incredibly rude about their beer selection (yes, we know it’s a brewery) and didn’t even pour me a full drink. The other floors are much more relaxed, and the bartender in the basement was much nicer. Drink prices are a bit much compared to other places downtown and even other breweries in the Iowa City area. Basically, if you don’t want to be around a very college student crowd, don’t come here lol

Parents of my son’s college fraternity rented the top floor for a graduation party. The venue was nice for this purpose. My wife and I found the drink prices, such as $7 for domestic beer, was steep. Keep that in mind. As for food, we had sheet-pan deep dish pizza and fallitas, which were okay. All-in (a couple beers and funds covering the rental and apps) my wife, son and I spent about $25 per person.

There was 8 of us . The service was great food not so much . Sweet and spicy sausage was tasteless ,seemed to be steamed rather that put on a grill. Devil eggs were very good ,mixed feelings about this place . Probably won’t go back.
