Always a great breakfast. Service could be slightly better but nothing terribly bad. I hope to God they stay open. I always enjoy coming here for breakfast. When I was a little boy I used to eat breakfast sometimes in a small diner like this one before school in the morning. It reminds me of that time.

Stopped in this morning for breakfast with my dad & son, place had such a warm feeling once we walked inside and the food and staff was just a plus. The cook definitely knows what they’re doing, food was delicious & was very fresh. My son loved our waitress she was the sweetest make sure you show her love when you go in! I’m a waitress myself at MTnest in pond Eddy and I don’t usually eat out a lot but I’ll definitely be back! Worth stopping for! ❤️

Think I was there at its busiest point. There was only one waitress taking care of the counter and all the tables, and even though the kitchen was slow, she kept the coffee and water flowing. Food was good and worth the wait

I have been going to Irene’s Eldred Diner for years, whenever I was in town to visit parents. Breakfast is always great. Fresh eggs, cooked well, tasty, nicely seasoned fried potatoes and buttered toast. I especially like the sausage links. Staff is friendly. We’ve brought guests with us as well and everyone was happy.
