Was so happy to see that they had both vegan and low sugar options! The cashier was extremely professional at such a young age. The shake kept me full for hours, and just a few sips of the tea had me wide awake! I definitely recommend.

Just check this place out yesterday after I came from the gym. I got the cookies n cream. It’s was ok! If u like all natural protein shakes. The teas are amazing it has vitamins in it as well! great health spot which not a lot of places like this around this area. A small family business owns it. The family works there. They was very funny and helpful! Most definitely will be coming back in every Saturday morning after my gym workout.

Not that great. One of their teas had quite a bit of caffine and I didn’t like the flavor. Most of all, they use LOTS of single-use plastic and that’s terrible from a sustainability standpoint.
