The food was cooked perfect. I have a therapy cat and every one of the iron skillets I’ve been to have been more than accommodating. Everyone here just loved her. I really appreciate it.

Sadly Disappointed by the Chicken Parm. The sauce was way too sweet & the spaghetti was overcooked. The chicken itself wasn’t bad but hardly worth the price.

The service was good, Friendly and prompt. Facilities was clean and well stocked. My chicken was way over cooked and the Goulash had hardly any flavor to it.

I had the Southern BBQ Smash burger with tater tots. It came with onion rings on top and a jalapeno slaw on the bottom. It was a very delicious and juicy burger cooked perfectly. The tots were hot and crispy. Definitely going to be getting more from here.

Fine eating establishment. The food was great, Our server, Cill, was very nice and straight to the point. And the setting was also very nice. It felt pretty aestheticly pleasant since I love southern environments, and if you are a trucker, you are in luck for a good lunch! Overall, This place would get a 9/10. Nine because the other dining room was open. (There are 2 “dining rooms”.

Ate here last night, food was just ok, it’s exactly the same as every other iron skillet!!!!!! The service was good, but a truck stop restaurant that’s only open from 10 AM and closes at 9 PM, is practically useless, should be open 24 hours, if they can’t figure out how to keep the place open at least earlier in the morning they should just close it permanently!!!! At the very least, fire the manager and hire someone that knows how to keep a truck stop open and useful to truck drivers!!!!!!

If the cook would have given me 4 more fries I would’ve given a 5star. Lol.

I have always liked the iron skillet. It reminded me of the time when I was young that we went to restaurants that would serve food in the skillet or pans for that at home feeling. In the last couple of years their menu has gotten smaller but still a favorite of mine.

The prices are ridiculous. $27 dollars for my mother and I to have 2 eggs, hash browns, and toast. Could have had big meals anywhere else for that price. Will not go back or recommend this place to anyone.
