Atmosphere fair to bad. The chefs know how to cook, but they regularly must have a bad day. On two occasions for some unknown reason, they tried to get into a fight with me. There’s no doubting that they’re fast, I’ll also give them that. They have problems with the lights in the bathroom. I won’t be going back, it’s not a nice place to eat, which is a shame, because, as I said, they are good chefs: perhaps some anger management training might help.

I order a poke from this “restourant” if you can call “restourant” because i think they don’t know nothing about this job! I work in the restourant business for a very long time and is really and absolutely bad wath happen tonight! I order a poke and I specify no mayo no spicy mayo becouse I have eggs allergie! I recive my order and try to ask if in my order was any mayo but they think they was talking with another costumer about another order… I can even not talk… wen finally I have a second to explain I was somebody else they close the call in my face…. I call back again and again trying to explain my situation and they didn’t let me talk… they say to call the delivery guy about any problem… they say wasn’t they’re problem… they was alredy close!

Very good food. I used to buy with them. But one day I asked if they could PLEASE send me a teriyaki sauce (I had forgotten to order online) and the guy said “if you didn’t pay I can’t send it to you”. It was like $2 out of a $70 order. Never bought again.

This place should not exist! They have no business in making Ramens. A simple Ramen package from Amazon would have better flavor than the one I had today. I should have read the reviews before going into this place. The bowl also looks nothing like what they are posted on their door. Definitely stay away!

I guess when the cat’s away, the mice are at play. Clerk could not tell me what’s in the spicy miso ramen or the black tonkotsu. There’s no description in the menu. I gave it a try anyway just to compare with Ramen houses in NYC. Well…. not worth it; customer service not great. I asked where the owner is and the clerk says he’s not here. I think she called the owner, Mammasan. Hence ‘when the cat’s away” saying….
