Place was almost empty, but took way to long for our server to come over. I love their Pepper Jack Soup, but it was not good. Tasted and looked like it had scorched on the bottom and then that was mixed into the soup. My sandwich was tasteless, the bread was toasted so hard I couldn’t eat the crust. This place has raised their prices and lowered the quality of the food. Do not plan to go back. Such a shame. It used to be such a great place.

Of course, the Pickels are good! I had the chicken brest on a pretzel roll with munster cheese! It’s was delicious.

Food was just okay for the price. There is a good selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, wraps, and a few appetizers. Desserts are offered too. Didn’t see a kids menu offered, at least not to my 11 year old. Server was friendly and quick. Did not wait long for our food. There are 2 entrances: one in the front that enters down a long skinny hallway beside a pet store and a main entrance around the side/back of the building. Just enough seating for the size of the restaurant. Interior is dated and lighting is dim, at least where we sat in a corner over a weird overhang. Very strange design. The Lititz facility is brighter and nicer. This one just needs an update.

LILLY was attentive and empathic. The food was good but the “chefs” attitude when my mother questioned the fish. Where I sat, I could see into the kitchen area. Lilly mentioned the issue, and the chef shook her head as if she was disappointed. I’ve never been to a restaurant where the chef didn’t come out to talk to the customer regarding the issue. It’s not like she was busy. The servers are not the chefs. Lilly does a great job. Thank God for servers that deal with the kitchen issue. The fish didn’t look cooked thoroughly properly. I had a question, and I felt brushed off by the chef. The 5 stars was for lilly!

I got the corn chowder soup for lunch. What a waste of my $8. It looked nothing like the picture. It was thick and brown and gross. I’ll never order from here again the whole thing went in the trash

I placed a pick up order yesterday 3/22 for pick up at 530 pm . I got there and waited 15 minutes for my food which was fine.. how ever I then had to listen to a waitress complain about my order and how I shouldn’t have order my sandwich that way to her coworkers. Sad day for issac’s !

Isaac’s is always great for a good sandwich and some pickles. Can miss this place if your from out of town. This is a regional chain restaurant so you will find them all over the area.

REALLY wanted to like this place but after 3 tries and 3 horrible sandwiches with absolutely no meat in them, we won’t go back.

First time at an Isaac’s. The rueben, fried pickels, fries were all excellent. The Buffalo chicken on pretzel roll or brioche bun was very interesting, not quite what I expected and had some very interesting flavors.
