We stopped in for lunch, and really enjoyed our meal. Our server was very helpful and attentive, and our meals were delicious. We had chicken cacciatore, chicken piccata, and shrimp scampi. All three were perfectly portioned for lunch. My son devoured his entire serving, which says a lot for us because he’s a picky eater. Next time we’re in Boston, we will make a trip to the north end to visit Isabella Restaurant for another meal.

Isabella came in clutch on a Saturday night when our other restaurant didn’t honor the reservation we had. Food was great, restaurant was packet and obviously for a reason because this Italian food was right on the money. We are visiting from out of town but I highly recommend this place for anyone who is in the mood for delicious food.

Lamb ragu was great, the lamb was very tender and flavorful. Veal marsala also great, everything was on point. Some of the best mussels I’ve had, they were large and juicy. Usually like them in a white wine garlic sauce but the tomato based sauce here was delicious.

Got here early at 5pm with no reservation right after our tour of the Paul Revere house. Had the Tagliatelle Bolognese pasta and it was fantastic! My wife got the Chicken Parmigiana and loved it. Her favorite part of the meal was the espresso martini. It was really good.

Staff was super friendly! Get the lobster ravioli, it’s made fresh everyday and is friggin delicious, chunks of lobster and a pink vodka sauce. You won’t regret it.

We stopped at this cozy spot in the North End based on the great online reviews. The reviews were accurate – our meal was amazing! The eggplant parmesan was the best I have ever had! It was prepared perfectly and I ate every bite. My husband enjoyed his shrimp scampi too. The bread, salad, and drinks were all delicious. The service was perfection as well! We highly recommend Isabella and plan to return when back in Boston!

Amazing Italian food here. We had calamari and the best eggplant Parmigiano I’ve had in years. The place is small but nice. It is near Paul Revere’s house. The calamari was great as well.

We made a reservation the day before going to Isabella. We got there promptly at 7 and sat right in the front window. The waiter came over to over the nightly specials. The service was very good with some nice appetizers offerings along with our main entrees. We will be back again to see our 2 great waiters
