Dove by this place a few times, I finally stopped in and tried it. Even tho it’s a hot dog place, it said best burgers in Chicago. It’s just a normal burger, nothing special. Overall, a decent place to grab a quick bite as food was made to order but did not take long. Try it out!

It was a tough battle of Jolliet hot dog places (Isa’s vs Jody’s) but I’m giving the win to Isa’s. Both were great with their traditional Chicago style specialties and both had hand cut homemade fries. The only reason I’m giving the win to Isa’s is because their fries were crispier.

Definitely worth checking out. This place is what I consider to be called “sleeper” ,meaning the place looks ordinary at a quick glance but the food is really good! it’s fresh and a huge variety from the hot dog stand Chicago style fair to Tacos. Fresh cut french fries cooked to Perfection. Friendly people, clean environment, what’s not to like! definitely worth visiting repeatedly. They make a great take on the hot dog classic. Also they have to have a great Maxwell Street Polish worth checking out. They also have a choice between Fountain drinks or canned bottled soda. Plenty of parking and outside dining available with a little covered patio or open deck also chairs and tables inside Bistro Style.

My fiance and I passed this place and decided to quickly and abruptly turn around to eat here. The review below mine that said that this place is a “sleeper” is right. You would think it’s some tiny looking place with mediocre food but Vienna beef is always great! The guy was super nice and welcoming. The place was clean and the Chicago style hot dogs and fries were fresh and amazin.. we will be stopping here again.
