We ate at island greens upon arrival to our island day one. We had been traveling all day and wanted something clean and fresh. Their sign healthyAF explains this place without further explanation needed! Clean eaters, vegans, and vegetarians will be thrilled by menu. Not only is this place extremely healthy their bowls are also super flavorful and unique. They also come in very large portions. One person can easily share one bowl. We just added additional chicken for a very small up charge. (Full disclosure: they reheat the precooked meats and then top bowl or salad. Chicken was still delicious but not sure if I would get the salmon). Line moved slowly but everything on island we noticed moves slower.

All the veggies are super fresh and the meats are nicely seasoned, but why is the romaine lettuce cut in such HUGE pieces? I couldn’t get a single piece in my mouth without getting dressing on my face. Why didn’t I just bite it instead of insisting on shoving the whole piece into my face? Cause that’s how I roll.

Island Greens hits the spot! It is conveniently located inside the food court adjacent to the luxury Cinemas at the Queens Marketplace (Waikoloa Resort) property. The establishment exudes a delightful blend of a Chipotle/Subway ambiance, offering patrons the opportunity to either select from their pre-set meal options or customize their dish to their liking. The display of various sides, meats, and veggies behind the glass adds to the appeal. Personally, I often opt for the custom option, relishing the chance to create a unique experience with every visit. The Aina bowl and Kamuela bowl are personal favorites, boasting exceptional flavors. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I usually prefer taking my order to go and enjoying it outdoors. However, it’s worth noting that the reception inside the food court may not be the strongest. Moreover, for restroom facilities, one can find them conveniently situated just around the corner from Island Greens.

Great place for vegan and vegetarian options. Loved the kombucha on tap! If you’re looking for a healthy meal on vacation, check this place out. It is located in the Queens Marketplace food court. Google has the pin in the gated community across the street.

Had the Kamuela and was very underwhelmed. After a long day on the beach I was craving a “warm bowl” and this was mostly Luke warm. Most of the dish was sticky bland rice with cold hard veggies. The steak was tough, chewy, grisly and cold. I paid a 15% tip too—why? Very disappointed.

I love this new addition to the Waikoloa Food Court so much that I’ve been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks. The tofu harvest bowl is my favorite. The sesame dressing is delicious. Abraham was very friendly and inviting.

The young lady that helped me was awesome. I live here and have enjoyed this establishment since they opened. Unfortunately my recent visit was disaterous once I had to interact with a big guy named Kai. The steak in my “warm bowl” I received was so full of grissle I literally could not cut it into bite size pieces. When I approached the counter with my meal to show them Kai was rude, inappropriate and the worst example of customer service I have ever experienced. It is obvious he has an anger management problem and has zero respect for the investors of this organization. I will not ever visit this establishment again but wish this owner the best in finding good help.

Relatively fresh veggies but dried chicken and rotten avocado. Not recommend!

The food was fresh, and the portion is quite large. I had the avo-Cobb-o and it was really good. Sorry the picture is of only half since I started eating it before I decided to leave a review. Pretty much 2 portions anyway

Great place to go get food when you have had enough fast food. Good choice of interesting salads and wraps, good size portions and can build your own if you have a particular want.
