Our menu is full of delicious homemade items to suit anyone’s hunger needs. We have been voted best fish tacos, burgers and fish & chips in town. Our happy hour is second to none and offers $1 off house wines, draft beers and well drinks every day from 3 – 7 pm. We also offer $2 off appetizers Monday – Thursday 3 – 6 pm. Entertainment is a special part of what we do here with something going on every day. Party of 3 for lunch. Fish and chips were excellent, very unique fries and batter. The wings are super big, like from a race of Sylvester Stallone chickens or something, but good. This is a fun local spot where people in the neighborhood go to hang out. We were there for an after workout event by neighboring business Studio Q. Our server Katie was excellent. She handled about 16-20 of us at one time and did a great job. The price is very reasonable and the portions were good. My Chicken Garden Wrap was large and delicious. My husband said his burger was cooked a little more well than he liked it but it was still good. The sweet potato fries were good but could have had a few more. Our 10 year old grandson said the Mac & Cheese was not good and couldn’t eat it. The island decor is fun. Overall it was pretty good for the price.

This place was an amazing gem. I went with my mother, and the service went above and beyond for us and gave amazing advice for those who have never tried sushi and the food was outstanding. The owner was more than awesome and was willing to talk to us and help us figure out what we would want to order and eat. They didn’t try to upsell anything and was honest with us the entire time. Will definitely be going back if ever in town.

Came today for the catfish special. I’ve come in the past and had a great experience. Tonight was one of the worst dining experiences I can remember. Took 20 minutes for a waitress to greet us after we sat down. Another 20 minutes to get the beer. When the catfish came out, it was severely undercooked. The tables around me all had similar experiences, as I witnessed a lot of food being sent back. I left feeling disgusted, as I didn’t notice the undercooked fish until a few bites in. It looked like the back of house issues were definitely weighing on the front of house staff. Independent of that, both times I have been the hostess has had such a negative attitude it was almost comical. I hope this is the low point for island grill and things start to get better.

What an enjoyable welcoming vibe! The bartender made my orange margarita to perfection! The Wednesday all you can eat catfish came in several different flavors and it was delicious! The owner and the patrons at Island Grill were phenomenal. I will be back!!

Good variety of pub/American food. Burgers are great. I had a big kahuna burger and it was very tasty and made a mess. Loved it. Fries are tasty and unique. Nice atmosphere. Not too noisy or too quiet. Service was good and server seemed knowledgeable.

This place was amazing!!! Themed out with some amazing artwork. Even the bathrooms were beautiful. I felt transported to an island. The food was top notch. I had a burger with a pineapple (I forget the name). It was juicy and cooked perfectly. The French fries were the best I’ve tasted, and I’ve had a LOT! My wife had the fish and chips and she raved at how it was certainly the “best in the state”. I’m posting a bunch of pictures.
