I was recommended to try Island Jerk by a coworker, who was born and raised in Jamaica. She said it was the most authentic tasting Jamaican cuisine in the area. I got the oxtail plate with cabbage, rice and plantains and it was DELICIOUS! No cap. The portion was large and the flavor was immaculate. I received excellent customer service and my order was served promptly. 10/10! I will definitely be returning soon.

A guy named Omar was very helpful. This was my first time here. The oxtails were worth every penny. They were perfect. My friend got curry chicken which was so soft and also perfect. They give you so much food for the price as well. It’s very quality food. Everything was perfect, the protein, the rice, the cabbage, and plantains. 10/10 ✅

Their drinks are authentic from Jamaica, something that we really liked. The service was really good even though it was one guy getting phone orders and take out orders like crazy. We have never eaten Authentic Jamaican food before and we liked it! I will say that the Jerk Chicken had a little bit BBQ flavor but my husband ate it all. I’ve ordered Curry Goat, the goat was cooked perfectly I will say this maybe a little bit of more seasoning would have make it perfect. The amount of food for the price is amazing. I couldn’t finished my plate because it was too much food but I had lunch for next day. I would say this I think is better to order take out then dine in. We definitely will go back again to try the Oxtail and either the Red Snapper or King fish!

This place cooks really nice food and I love to buy my food here. But the gentleman that takes orders over the phone does not have a customer friendly personality. I call to ask what kind of lunch is ready, he told me( Mam the same kind of food we cook everyday) and he said it such an irritating sound as if I was bothering him. Food is so good but just disappoint with customer service over the phone.
