Me and my sister went to purchase Curry goat and Oxtails on 6/10/23. The Curry Goat was hard and it seems as if while it was cooking they were adding the Curry, you could taste it. The Rice and Peas was not fully cooked it was hard and soft. Check out your chef please. Have a blessed weekend…

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the plate of food that I purchased from this place. I spent $19 for a small tray of oxtails , the price was not the problem, the problem was them only giving out 4 baby oxtails in the tray n loaded more rice than anything ! I know times are hard but DO NOT cut your customers short of food just because! It’s wrong and I don’t appreciate this .

The food was ok. This was my first time visiting. I honestly can’t say it was great because my curry goat was a little dry, and there was no gravy on the rice. I did go at the end of the day, so I will definitely give the restaurant another try.

Had lunch…good portion…the oxtail was fall off the bone tender and had good flavor. Rice and peas was nice and the cabbage slaw had just the right sweetness with still a bit of crunch. Everything tasted freshly made. The sweet plantain was not as sweet and soft as I would like. Overall a great meal.

I ordered a beef patty. The filling was dry and flavorless, and the pastry was hard. I came here once before,, and the Mac and Cheese was very tasty. Overall, this take-out joint is okay. There are much better Jamaican eateries out there , so do not go out of your way to eat at this one.

This place use to be amazing but over time has gotten worse! You basically spend $20 on a small plate of anything for sub par food. There are better Caribbean places out here. I can go to Queens , which I am going to do for now on and get better food.
