If you enjoy large portions of delicious food, Island Jerk Hut is the place to go. Having never been here before I was very impressed with the portion size. The chicken was plentiful and perfectly seasoned. The yellow rice on the side was fantastic.

“Naive kinda winch…” I recently placed a pick-up order. I am always professional and the associate was polite over the phone. Imagine my surprise when I got home and looked at my receipt. This is how customers are viewed, I guess.

No matter what you order, it’s always delicious. Recommend going early before the dinner rush if you want to ensure a better chance of all menu items being available. Even if your usual is out, try something new! It’s all so good. Best jerk chicken in the 757!

I had the jerk chicken white meat with rice and peas. The jerk chicken was done well, authentic, but I would have gone easy on the sauce if I had known prior. The sauce was “over seasoned”, almost salty. Overall however, I did enjoy my food and the clean environment.

Ordered here for my company, and they handled the large order very well. We ordered in person as soon as they opened and not only were they patient but the customer service was impeccable-exceptional. Queen Diane who helped us up front was the sweetest and really seemed to care about her customers. First class service and food and the place was so clean and had lots of space, we will be backed for drinks at their fully stocked bar! LOVE Them!!!

Love the new location. Much larger so, allows plenty of dine-in seating and is very clean. I had the Jerk Ribs with cabbage and mixed veggies. My friend had the Oxtails with peas & rice, cabbage and mac-n-cheese. All of the food was cooked and seasoned to perfection. They also do not skimp on the portion sizes. The staff are very courteous and welcoming. Great place for singles, couples or families to come and enjoy a tasty well cooked meal.
