Got the curry chicken snd the chicken was burnt. Called and complain howe eat the owners soon never apologized. Told me to bring dinner back so he could see. Told him could not, was not in the city. And he hung up on me. Rude rude rude. Stay away. He knew the chick was burnt when food placed in container. Stay away!!’ Go some where else.

I ordered the large Curry Chicken dinner ($12.00) and it did not disappoint. Came with cabbage and Mac n cheese as sides. The chicken pieces were big and tinder and came on a bed of rice (though it was mostly chicken and yummy curry vs rice filler). The Mac n cheese was baked which is how I like it and the cabbage was well-seasoned and steamed just right!

The gentleman was very nice. The food was so delicious, we will be getting it again. Only thing, the sides need to be hot. Otherwise, the fish is seasoned so well that I couldn’t get enough. The BBQ chicken was amazing and you could taste the fire they cooked it with. Yummy.

I love Island Mix! You can’t beat their mouth watering, meat falling off the bone jerk chicken! Their jerk chicken dinners also come with cabbage, Mac and cheese, and beans and rice. The Mac and cheese is nice and buttery! Huge portions for the price. Check out Island Mix!

First time ordering, and it was not disappointing. The Oxtail portion was great. It was cooked to perfection, and the flavor was on point. The Jerk Chicken tasted good but could be more on the jerk side. Both dishes had lots of seasonings, sauce, taste, and two sides each.
