Fried shrimp was lightly breaded and needed no cocktail sauce. The fried pork tenderloin melted in the mouth. The conch fritters were tasty. The molten chocolate cake was okay. The food was overall great and fresh. Friendly staff. Definitely going back again.

This place is awesome!! Went several times while renting an Air BnB down the road!! Super friendly! Great food!! They even went out of their way and made me a sandwich when I inadvertently went by after they were closed on a Sunday!! Small town folks with big hearts and super friendly!! Definitely go give them a try!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

This is a nice little hole in the wall place. It’s a convenience store/ light tackle shop/ diner. They serve breakfast and lunch and I THINK dinner. Their biscuits and gravy with the eggs and potatoes IS AMAZING!!! I haven’t had the chance to try their lunch/dinner but I’m sure it’s good. They actually get a lot of ppl in there to eat. I think most of them are regulars n probably live in the area. It’s a great place to sit down,cool off and eat after a long day in the sun.

The atmosphere is awesome. It feels like your at an oasis. The food is really good. I haven’t had anything I didn’t like. And the people that work there, including the owner John that does alot of the cooking, are some of the best people you will ever meet.

Great food, nice people and affordable. Has a Tiki bar and music in the evenings. It’s not a pretty place, but food is fresh. We had fresh caught catfish sandwiches. So good.

We stayed in Ozello Jan-Mar. We visited the Island Outpost quite a few times. The food and atmosphere were always good. They also do a lot for the community, such as free fish fry’s etc. We felt right at home. Thanks, Scott & Bonnie

We absolutely loved this place! John’s home cooking was so good. We started every day with his breakfast and some times ended our day there. The Hangover Shrimp is a must try. Friendly down home service where everyone treats you like old friends.

You would be hard pressed to find a place like this anywhere in the world. Stop for breakfast after 0600 and meet a bunch of great folks. Stop another time. Be treated as like a friend. If you smell the smoker cooking be ready! Thank you all! I’ll be back!
