First off, calling in to order was not pleasant. I should have ran them, but really had a taste for this type of food. New to the area just moved. Near this place and wanted to give it a try. Placed a take out order. Get there to pick it up and I ordered jerk chicken dinner plates. Only to get there and still wait another 10-15 minutes( before that I asked how long until ready? They said it’s ready now come on) they show me my order and I see just baked chicken. I asked for Jerk sauce and they tell me they ran out. I was pissed. Why was this not explained over the phone while placing order. Was not compensated for the miscommunication either. That was my first and last time trying this restaurant. I would not recommend at all. Food quality was not great and under cooked.

Roti dryer than the Mojave…Absolutely NO Seasoning on the cabbage not even the basic salt and pepper! I’d be ashamed to sell this food to anybody! This cannot be Authentic Jamaican!!

The most tasteless food I’ve ever eaten! We ordered 2 oxtail plates with Mac and cheese and cabbage. They didn’t have any rice and peas so they gave us white rice. We ordered collard greens but they told us after waiting over 45 minutes that they didn’t have any so they wanted us to pay an extra $3 for Mac and cheese. The oxtail weren’t tender and they tasted like they were cooked in water. The Mac and cheese was like eating textured air (absolutely no taste, not even a pinch of salt), and the cabbage was plain but had more natural flavor than anything on the whole entire plate. They didn’t have air conditioner in the restaurant so it was hot but they did have a fan. We spent over $75. Such a disappointment. Luckily I made oxtail a few days earlier so we took our plates home and used the gravy from mine to give it some flavor but you could tell which oxtail were cooked by me and which weren’t because even with me adding my flavored oxtail and gravy to theirs, once the gravy was gone it was like eating boiled meat with no flavor. The only reason why We went there was because of the reviews. They must have been made by friends and family because they couldn’t be real. We could’ve gone to a really nice restaurant and had a luxury dinner with drinks and flavor for what we paid. I’m not writing this review to bash this business, I’m writing this review so they can tighten up and do better by their customers. Please taste your food before you send it out from now on.

I ordered the shrimp and grits today because I Doordash part time and whenever I deliver from here the food smells delicious so I wanted to try them. Well I was so disappointed I wish I would’ve looked at my food before leaving the restaurant because I would’ve requested a refund. I had extremely more grits than shrimp, they gave me 6 tiny shrimp, not even medium shrimp smothered in I guess what was butter. They put it in a Styrofoam tray so by the time I got it home the butter leaked out of the container onto the napkins in the bag. I also ordered plantains they were extremely greasy. I got my husband 2 beef patties he said they was good so 1 point for that. I will not trust my nose over vision and taste ever again. I will only deliver from this place not eat.

We ordered the curry chicken via Uber eats and our food had zero seasoning/sauce. It was soooo dry. BYOS( bring your own seasoning) ♀️ please listen to the reviews… don’t be like me.

Mommy can’t cook. I ordered the ackee and saltfish and it was full of grease made my stomach hurt bad. Makes me wonder does she cook like that at home or only at her restaurant with low integrity. Gave them a second try with an oxtail plate, I received very little gravy and like 4 oxtail. The daughter was very kind, but I don’t think the energy nor optimism is there to continue to run the place.
