The concept for Island Sips Juice & Salad was inspired by a desire to help facilitate the positive changes that occur internally when we treat our bodies to nutritious foods.
We strive to use mostly organic ingredients to create our delicious flavor profiles that are served fresh to our community every day. Our dream is that by providing easy access to nutritious foods within a supportive health hub people will find that their health goals are more attainable than they ever thought possible.

This lil gem inside Chateau Mar made the stay for my sisters and me! Before hitting the road, we stopped in to grab our coffee. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed with smiles and good energy. We ordered 1 hot black coffee and 2 caramel iced coffees at about $6. Not only did they have a cold brew ready, but our barista went above and beyond by melting down the sugar and caramel together! Great coffee and phenomenal service! All in all, we’re sad we didn’t stop in sooner.

The absolute best smoothies, pressed juices, salads and wraps around. Rasta Pasta accompanied with Blue Pineapple and the Tropical Bites is my favourite go to meal. Whether you’re vegan or not, you will absolutely love the variety they offer. I also love that the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a great spot for a meeting, quick bite or just an experience to treat yourself.
