Absolutely poor service. I placed my order ahead of time and my order still wasn’t ready. I decided to change my order and the lady immediately caught an attitude. Tried to charge me for a medium ackee and saltfish but shared a size small portion. While having a attitude she end up dropping the container of food. I end up ordering a large oxtails(Extremely light on the hand for it to be a large). The guy who was infront of me who ordered oxtails, My Lord they were extremely heavy on the hand for him!! You’re better off driving to Bridgeport for Jamaican Food. Horrible Service

Where can I start. I felt like I wasted $26. The only good thing about my meal was my oxtail was tender. Customer service sucks. They need to work on their customer service.
