Oh my gosh where have you been? I have been watching for this truck since I ate there last. Fresh and delicious. Macaroni salad is excellent. Fried spam and sesame chicken shown in photos. If you see these guys make a beeline and join the line immediately. Does not disappoint.

The best way to describe this place is passion. They put everything into this food. You can tell by the way the owners talk about it as they take your order or cook your food, and by the food itself. Two of my friends grew up in Guam and its hard to find a place with Lumpia thats done right. This place does it right. Their macaroni salad is something you will not forget. Their spam fried rice is perfect. Their pork is amazing. Honestly my favorite place in all of the Spokane area.

Came across these guys at Happy Trails tonight and ordered the Lechon Kawali and Lumpia—both delicious. Hard to go wrong with fried pork belly but with the spicy pineapple sauce, it was spectacular. Definitely recommend!
