Food is sooooo good. The ox tail has never disappointed. Whenever I’m in town, I stop by to get something. I have never had a complaint about anything here. Portion sizes are great. I forgot to take pictures because the food was that appetizing. Will definitely return.

When in North Carolina, make sure to check out this restaurant if you are craving some authentic Caribbean food. The wait was well worth it because the Brown stew Snapper Fish dinner I ordered was made to order. I knew at first that the food was going to be good because of the many customers waiting to be served, but after tasting and chatting with the owner and chef, I could wait to finish my meal in my truck. Thank you Island tease Cuisine.

My family and I were visiting my brother from out of town and my husband who is Jamaican and was craving some Jamaican food after a long trip on the road. We searched and found this spot. Didn’t know what to expect. They were very friendly on the phone and let me tell you the food was delicious! We order the Brown stew snapper and the jerk salmon. They were both cook and season really well. The cabbage had a slight ginger taste, which was nice and new and interesting. The rice and peas were very good and fresh and the plantain were nice and sweet as well. Some of the best takeout Jamaican food I’ve ever had. Big ups!

This was my first time trying both Jamaican food and goat. I was happy with both! I was craving something like beef stew but also wanted to try something new and decided to go with the curry goat meal. The portion was huge- It barely fit in the container haha!! The goat kinda tasted like beef to me. I liked the goat, curry sauce, and rice, (8/10) which all had nice flavors. I didn’t care for the cabbage, it was a little bland for my taste. Since I don’t eat plantains, I let my mom have them and she said they were good as well. I’d definitely try other things from here!

I’ve been looking for a go to spot for 2 years now, this is it! The food was great and big portions. I was able to make two meals out of it. Owner was very friendly (you don’t get too much of that these days). I definitely will be back in the near future.

If you are looking for authentic Caribbean food in Cumberland County, THIS IS THE PLACE YOU MUST VISIT!!!! My visit to this spot was the best experience ever as it relates to island cuisine. The food was so flavorful, and fulfilling. As an added enjoyment, the chef and I had a great conversation as I was enjoying the meal. As a photographer, I had to capture my dining experience. This place is awesome and anyone reading this MUST take a trip to Hope Mills and experience this amazing cuisine.

Customer service was top notch! But the food was very basic. Got the jerk wings, which were fried and heavily breaded. Not jerk wings at all, just fried wings in a jerk sauce.
