This is my last time getting food from this place. The food is good but the portions they give you is not worth the price. I have been going there for years getting the same meal. Curry Goat with white rice. They started repeatedly giving me tons of rice, chunks of Potatoes and Carrot and very, very, very little meat. I have complained before that I did not pay over $20.00 for rice, potatoes and carrots. Yesterday, 7/28 was my last day,. Again they gave me the same thing with little goat and it is not worth my time or my hard working money.

Enjoyed the curry chicken off the lunch special menu and it is incredible!! Everything was served hot and fresh- will definitely be back! So good! The place is fairly small (8 tables), but is hopping!

I’ve never been here and decided to give it a try. (I don’t live in the area but had just left the hapeville post office and had a taste for Jamaican food). I got the jerk chicken meal & a pineapple ginger juice. The cabbage was delicious however it was only about 2tbsp of cabbage. The plantains were delicious but you only get two and they were soooo small. The rice & peas were sticky and good HOWEVER the jerk chicken was hot, fall off the bone DRY!! (Even the dark meat) and it wasn’t tasty at all. Such a disappointment.

First and Last! For some reason elderly people do not have good customer service skills and don’t like explaining themselves. Anyway I ordered curry goat, steamed rice/gravy and cabbage. Got it. Sat in my car to taste it! It was ok, I have had way better! I was so upset that I had paid almost $20. for a plat full of bones and fat. The few pieces of meat I did have was not tender. Very difficult to chew. I wanted to get my money back but instead I decided to leave a review.
