Ordered a brown stew fish for my son on Grubhub. The box was full of food, but the rice was dry & cabbage had no taste at all! Plantain were just ok. The fish was very fishy & so was gravy which made rice fishy also. I saw all the great reviews, but it wasn’t great for us. It hurts to spend money & have to throw food away.

FOOD WAS EXCELLENT! Owner gives a genuine warm welcome & explained the dishes to me… Best kept secret in South Florida. $5 dish with a soda, she’s gonna put other restaurants out of business at $5 dishes with soda (before 3pm), portion was perfect & I’m a big dude. The rice wasn’t mushy, just the way rice is supposed to be, a light firmness to it. Chicken was NOT dry! Cabbage had great flavor! I’ll be coming back!

Wow, found a gem tucked away in a small little plaza. Food was amazing, gentleman who fixed up my plate was genuine and kind. On top of that, $5 for a lunch special with a drink?! Amazing, wish every place I went to was as fire as this place. 10/10 would eat again

Food is great I’m not gonna lie and price is REASONABLE but the cashier with the glasses is rude!!!!! . She doesn’t even greet you and seems impatient when you ask her to serve you food selections .
