“Islands Pizza Tavern” on Davis Island, FL, is a “no joke” hidden gem for pizza and bourbon lovers. Their incredible handcrafted pizzas, boast the perfect crust and delicious toppings. Plus, you can get it by the slice!!! They also have one of greatest Bourbon selections in Tampa. (Their selection would be even impressive in Kentucky). So, if you are looking for a barrel pick and a slice, look no further than Islands Pizza Tavern!

I had a pretty alright time here last night. Great company, great pizza, good pino grigio. My friend and I got a large pizza that was half white pizza and half chicken sun-dried tomato. Maybe the pizza was really, really good; however, i believe it was the people there (including the friend i went with, as well as the woman who served us, and the other people there) who really made it surprisingly awesome.

I’ve eaten here countless times. John (owner) and I have never really seen eye to eye, but the man knows how to run a business. The pizza runs Westshore pizza into the ground and it’s hard to beat the drink prices. White pizza and the meatzza are my go to, wings are pretty on point as well…doesn’t really matter what you get, when you go, or who you’re with. 10/10 totally recommend: Keep doing what you do John.

I’m not one to go out of my way and write a negative review but I felt like it was necessary. Came here for a quick lunch with a friend and met Ashley who was working and another woman too. As soon as we walked in we weren’t greeted which wasn’t my biggest concern other than the fact that she was on her phone the whole time as we were ordering. I ordered garlic knots and a slice of pizza which took way longer than a slice of pizza should take to heat up. We sat outside to eat so I came back in to ask how long the garlic knots would take, because it already was a lot longer than expected and they both proceed to run to the back as they saw I was coming in. Ashley was again on the phone and the other woman wasn’t really being nice. Pizza was good but as far as customer service, don’t expect them to acknowledge you.

Great place to grab a quick slice if you’re on the island. I found it by accident delivering for Uber eats. Turns out the people who ordered from there knew what they were doing and it turns out the food is pretty good. The sweet girl behind the counter was also very accommodating.
