Delic cuban sandwich & desserts! So much food, we had leftovers. It was the first time I ate at a restaurant where no one spoke English & I loved every min of it! The waitress & manager was kind & checked on us often. We had our 2 pups with us & sat on the patio.

Ordered here from UberEATS. Took longer than expected to get order (not sure of UberEATS issue or the restaurant). The food IS a restaurant issue. The rice was hard but what’s worse is my chicken was NOT cooked. I used to go here as a kid and food was great. Has gone downhill since.

They truly have the best ropa vieja I’ve every tried. I always order that with white rice and mariquitas, my go to here at Islas Canarias. They are also know for their croquetas, which are creamy, and full of flavor.

I went for breakfast on Saturday and I loved the place and the food but honestly the service needs improvement. The waitres was not rude at all but need a bit more manners on how to treat people at least how to greet them. Without saying hi or welcome she just went asking what do you want to order? I was like in shock. Expecting a Hi, Good Morning or something to that effect. Everything else was OK.

They take forever to answer your phone call. When I get to the Take Out window, it takes around 30 minutes to an hour to give you your food. I ordered Pork Chunks from them and the serving of the pork chunks were very little.I had more rice thank Pork Chunks. My mom ordered Meat with Potatoes and the same thing happened to her. She got more Potatoes than actual Meat. She got very little meat with her potatoes. We ended up paying around $30 for both our meals and we both got very little meat with our food. The people who answer the phones and the ladies who work at the takeout window are very rude. The Customer Service at this restaurant is very poor. It didn’t use to be like that back then. I don’t know what happened to this place. They use to be awesome back in the day. The quantity of the food use to match the quality of the food back in the day. Now it all went down the drain. This restaurant is not what it use to be.

This place is exceptional and the food quality is great. Best thing about coming to this location is the customer service, especially from Marta. She is great with people, always on task, remains happy and positive. She makes the experience here worthwhile. To mention that my mother and myself come here at least once or twice a week.
