Don’t even get me started on the wings. Delicious! Staff is OK but you don’t come to Italia Express for the service. You come for the wings, the pizza, the Strombolis…for the food! Definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for something a little different. It is greasy but that adds to the flavor. But seriously, too many people sleeping on the wings. They are *chefs kiss* perfection.

The sauce on the pizza has too much garlic and tastes like hot pocket sauce. You’re better off choosing any other option to eat in the mall. Overall Pizza was MID + L + Ratio + Italia Express Fell Off + Little Caesars is Better.

This place is amazing! Great food and great customer service! They take pride in what they do and I’ve enjoyed every time I’ve been which has been 10+ ( I work in the mall) and it’s by far the only place I leave feeling taken care of! I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Ate there earlier today had a slice of pizza an wings and a calzone. The meat was cold an cheese was not melted. The staff was rude an less then enthusiastic. I dont if they were having a bad day or what. Won’t be going back.

I tried a stromboli and it was pretty good. I did not know what to expect with the food being already made and reheated when you ordered, but it was pretty good. It still had a good crust and they had a pretty good marinara sauce. They had thin crust pizza that they sold by the slice that looked good as well.
