Not my style of food, but my wife loves it. Always clean and good service. Nice atmosphere overall. The owners try a little too hard to put on the “Italian” and come across as a bit creepy. The rest of the staff are great!

Sadly, our service was horrid. Empty water glasses, had to ask for more water. We had a delicious martini, but had to ask for a glass of wine after our dinner had been served. We ate our main course with our dirty appetizer plates pushed off to the side. We even watched our server eat some food at the bar as we sat thirsty. Having such horrible service took away from how good the food probably was. I am hoping it was just a one off experience and am willing to try eating here again. Went their for a girls night out to have dinner with 3 of my other friend’s. It was a nice introduction when we got their and how he tells u the story of how him and his wife got the place and was a nice atmosphere but Dnt think I’ll be going back their again. All 4 of us didn’t like our food. The shrimp I had was over cooked to where it was rubbery u couldn’t chew it. I’m sure they could tell we didn’t like it by our still half full plates.

Out of a table of 4 not a single dish was edible. Windows were very drafty so they put a little heater on top of the booth and it was scalding my Mother’s ear. Everything was approx. $20 which would be fine if the food was good. My husband’s lasagna was like saw dust between soggy pasta. My Father’s steak was $26+ I believe and it was 60% gristle, if ever a steak needed A1 it was this one and they didn’t have any steak sauce. My Mother’s chicken masala was plain pasta and a chicken breast with liquor soaked mushrooms and liquid almost straight wine “sauce”. There was no flavor but alcohol, and she was nauseous after one bite. My “bacon and eggs” pasta dish was supposed to be an egg sauce with bacon and linguine. Sauce had zero flavor, bacon was barely cooked blubber. Sadly was the best thing we recieved were the after dinner candies. I have heard their desserts are good? And who I assume was the owner was very nice. Overall save your $$$ eat at home.

The food quality brought tears to my husband’s eyes! No kidding! He is such a foodie and has been in the restaurant business in the past, so our dining experience (and I stress “dining experience” since it was all that!) Was more than anticipated. Lisa and Rick, along with their family and staff were exceptionally informed and professional and such a delight to get to know. We will definitely make ITALIA a frequent destination and recommend it to ALL of our friends.

Great food, great service, great experience! So glad to see a Montepulciano d’Abruzzo (and a very good one) as the house wine. Shows a sense of tradition. Heather (our server) was very knowledgeable, helpful, prompt, and so friendly. She really made our evening especially enjoyable. Then, the food. I had the Spaghetti Bolognese, as I like to try a more traditional meal when at an Italian eatery for the first time. It was as good as any I have ever had. Simply delicious. My wife had a Caprese salad and the Creamy Tortellini soup and said they were outstanding. We both came away agreeing that we have found a new favorite place and will definitely be back. Thanks for a great evening!

Great food! Tues. June 20, my wife, daughter, and I had the linguine carbonara, lasagna, and shrimp special. Also enjoyed the cream of garlic soup. Excellent service, with Heather offering a nice Montepulciano wine and Lisa recommending the Calabrese appetizer.
