I place an order to Martin Van Buren High School at 11am and the order consisted of 2 pepperoni wheels a salad, which was terrible by the way, and a soda which by the way was not in the order. I called at 12:30pm to ask about it and was told that it was going to be delivered and they said they called but never did. waited 2 hours and the soda was never delivered. it was paid for and they took my money, was also told to wait until a delivery was going out. the person I spoke to was Ray and he was not so accommodating. its not the 1st time that they forget the soda. I will make sure that I let all my collogues know not to order from there again.

Looove their food, however since I’ve been doing phone in orders I’ve ALWAYS had burnt bread & burnt garlic knots when I get to work & open my bag. This has happened to me 3 times, consecutively. The garlic knots on display are never burnt though
