Marco, the Front-of-House manager and one of the “Brothers,” arrived in America from Palermo, Sicily about 6 years ago. After a few years working in his uncle’s restaurant, he desired o build something of his own. He convinced his brother and now Back-of-House manager, Giacomo, to bring his family over and join him in his venture.
In January of 2020, Italian Brothers Restaurant was founded in Los Gatos. Despite opening on the cusp of COVID-19, through hard work, perseverance, and community support, the brothers not only survived but thrived!

First time here. Awesome family run restaurant. We had the bruschetta and the Brussels sprouts. Loved them! The fish fillet dinner was awesome with light wine sauce oven roasted potatoes and broccoli. The homemade Gorgonzola and pear raviolis with Gorgonzola sauce were fantastic!! Sadly no room for dessert… We’ll be back!

5 stars all around! From the bread, drinks, appetizers (spinach arancini is superb!), pasta, salmon, risotto, gnocchi, cake, ice cream, all are amazing! We have been a few times now and each visit is the same great food and superb beverages (presented with flair!), espresso and desserts. Nothing disappoints! You cannot go wrong with any order, and the fact that all staff speak Italian is a sure way to know everything is authentic. *chefs kiss* we will be back again, have not tried the pizza yet!

Great and varied menu with fresh ingredients. The Caesar salad had a tangy, delicious dressing. Meatball appetizer came with a bowl of thick sauce for dipping bread. Crab risotto was robust and beautifully presented. Seafood linguini in red sauce was more of a broth – so tasty, beautifully presented and chock full of seafood. Desserts were limited and very sweet. Drinks were great, too! Good service!

Went here for a date night with my husband and was able to get a reservation and hour out without issue. We sat on the patio which was nice but very warm because of the sunshades blocking the breeze, but once they went up it was better. The service was basically non-existent. Someone came to us with menus when we were seated and we had to wait about 20min before someone came to take our drink order. After quite a wait, the wine flight was brought to us and we then had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for someone to come and take our food order. There was a LOT of waiting. No one checked in to see how we were doing or if we needed anything. After finishing our wine flight and ordering a martini, the food finally arrived. Mushroom and sausage risotto for my husband and parpadelle alla vodka for myself. The food was good, not stellar. The risotto was more of a rice in broth and not a creamy risotto that we are used to getting at risottorias or east coast Italian joints. The food was large portions and hot though. Noone ever came to see how it was or if we needed anything else. Eventually I flagged someone down for the check and to get a cannoli to go. The cannoli was hard as a rock, so I wouldn’t get it again.

We’ve always enjoyed the wonderful taste of Sicily that Italian Brothers have given our Corvette Club since their Bakery and Cafe that used to be in West San Jose CA, With that being said …The Best Food , Service and Presentation I would say ever. The portions are very nice size and the entire staff lights up the restaurant with their smiles and they always seem to take great pride in making sure us as patrons are pleased with our experience. We pretty much feel like we are part of their family.

The food here is incredible! The service is top notch. We started the meal with the broccoli calabrese, it was spicy and delicious! We loved the garlic and soaked it up with the bread. We also got the Sicilian salad with anchovies, which was a perfectly light salad. I had the crab and shrimp risotto. It was flavorful, you could definitely taste the bell pepper in the sauce, and it had large chunks of very fresh crab and shrimp.

Wow, this place is amazing. We came in last night to this place for the first time and were very pleasantly surprised. Every single dish we had was truly authentic Italian. I’ve been living in California for 28 years and I can honestly say this is the best Italian food I ever had in CA. It’s actually better than food I had in Italy. Fried mozzarella marinara and Cioppino were superb. The owners and the staff are amazing too. I will definitely be coming back frequently.
