Quality is really hit or miss. Sometimes the pizza is horribly undercooked where we have to stick it in the oven at home for another 10 minutes to have the crust and cheese cooked properly. Salad is different each time I order it. Today the salad was mainly cheese (a literal cup of cheese I pulled off and there was still extra cheese on the salad). Probably gonna switch to Pizza Town USA for more consistent results.

Sorry but yous just lost a customer. We ordered a cheeseburger sub no onions and it had onions on it. Also ordered a Italian steak sandwich and got a chopped steak open faced sandwich. Also had a dark hair right next to my sandwich. No thank you!!

Every time I order, something is either missing or not hot/incorrect. I tried again and it’ll be the last time. Not only was the pizza cold (we live close by), the salad ordered was missing. Also, the sandwich ordered had nothing on it as indicated on the menu online. I called, was hung up on twice, until the cook got on the phone and argued with me that I ordered wrong. I ordered what the menu said. Called the Slice app and they said they updated their menu but “forgot” to update online. If you have online ordering available, update there too! The “cook” was extremely rude and told me it “wasn’t a big deal as it’s only food.” Yes, only food, but food that we paid for and expect to get correctly. Such a shame as I’m always for supporting small pizza shops. I’ll take my money elsewhere as they obviously have a difficult time doing a simple job.

Very disorganized. I ordered a combo online that came with fries & a drink. I arrive to pick up my order and no one knew what was going on. I got my sandwich but when I asked about the fries&drink, they had no clue what I was talking about. Eventually they said they’ll just give them to me for free, even though they were part of my original order. They did not know what came in their own combos.

Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. A little while back we ordered food for delivery and paid with a card, however we tipped the driver in cash. Checked the card account and they added the same tip to the card then of course said they didn’t. I pulled up my account and showed them that as well as the receipt. Then of course they didn’t know how that happened. So fast forward to today. Hey lets give them another chance. We ordered sandwiches. One would think that should be easy right, not the case. They don’t come with cheese, say what. Ok so we pay the extra for cheese. Get our delivery and guess what NO cheese. If I could give – stars I would.
