After paying $35 for a takeout meal for my husband and I and I get home and the salad looks like this. Uneatable…. I call to let them know about this and the girl on the phone said let me see if my manager will give you 25% off of your next meal here, but the manager offered a free salad for the salad that I can’t even eat this time on my next return. This has been one of our favorite restaurants, but sad to say we will not be back over something that would’ve been so easy to fix! Greed is so sad!!!

I didn’t get a picture but the calzone was by far the best thing we had the crust was perfect. The Alfredo sauce was good but nothing impressive. Service was pretty average as well but I would come and try again sometime.

I rarely go to Italian Garden since the pandemic. I have ordered a Greek pizza they’re supposed to have feta cheese on it. No feta cheese then when I called the lady talking about they only crumbled up one piece of cheese. I guess this is because of THE pandemic too she told me to bring the pizza back, and I will remake it, this is the second time this has happened . I’m just not gonna go anymore. The people in there are dry as a bone, all the sudden they are charging 3.3% on credit card payments. Steady trying to make money off of anything but won’t provide ingredients paid for. You know you didn’t put feta cheese on my pizza why should I have to drive all the way back across town to have a pizza remade. In the end I kept the pizza and I’m making this post Italian Garden do better. It’s like when you guys first open you were great now that you have customers you think you can service anything? There’s not one crumble of feta cheese. Make sure you check your orders before you leave.

They have the absolute best pizza here and Italian dishes. I moved over an hour away but when I come back to this area I always get pizzas to go for our dinners. The managers who run the restaurant are awesome!!!

I have a hard time going negative on ANY place, and honestly just don’t comment usually, but this place has gone so far down in the last 2 years I’ve wondered how long it can remain open “as-is”. Overcharges are common, and only when I pointed out “there must be a mistake” over a $26 small 3-topping pizza, did they admit a mistake, but seriously… under what circumstances AT ALL does someone “accidentally” think a small pizza could be rung up at $26? It was the last straw. Several other measurable overcharges, added to a reduction in quality and quantity of ingredients, added to cold attitudes shared by an obviously apathetic staff has me never going back to a place I once loved and wanted to “work out”, being so close to my home (and locally owned and ran to my understanding). They simply seem to have stopped caring what a customer thinks, and all but said so outright on my last call there. Any high ratings accumulated are likely aged over 2 years (from when they were formerly beloved).

We love trying new places while traveling in the 18 wheeler. We loved the wings and pizza! Our server was adorable and pregnant and so sweet. Not only was the food amazing you could tell the staff got along well and really loved each other. We’re not sure if they were family but that is what it looked like. If we’re ever in the are again we will be by!

Had a group of about 40 after a funeral. Very efficient staff. We waited for nothing. Drinks were brought out and kept filled the whole time we were there. Food brought out pipping hot without hardly any wait. There was even a birthday party of about 20 with us and there were no complaints from them either. All great service and my shrimp fettuccine was excellent. I highly recommend them. Easy to find off 74.

Very bad experience food was messy looked like my hot sub have been thrown together. Waitress never checked back with us never refilled drinks had to asked another Waitress for a to go box. I doubt I will ever dine there again. The employees don’t care..
