Great hidden gem. Tasty food. Great wait staff. Large portions. Great prices. Had the meat lasagna, and my partner had a chicken sausage shrimp pasta dish. The menu said lasagna, but there was so much tasty meat that it could have been named, meat loaf with: pasta, red sauce, ricotta, parmesan, and mozzarella. And the cannoli for desert was excellent and large enough for 2 to 3 to share.

Went for the first time after our move to the area and had a wonderful dinner experience. From the appetizer, the wine, the dinners – both mine and hers, to dessert and espresso and service the entire time. A true traditional Italian family restaurant and meals. We had bruschetta to start, then she had the angel hair with shrimp and I had the special for the evening, a veal and shrimp angel hair with a mushroom sauce. Everything was over the top as good as or better than expected. After tye meals we had espresso, tiramisu and caramel gelato for dessert. From beginning to end, the entire meal was wonderful and the server made it even better! We will be back and cannot wait to return… if in the are don’t skip over this hidden gem!

It is iconic in the area. Friends meet friends and more friends, and enjoy the feeling of the 100s of Italian places all over the five boroughs in the early to late 60s. The food is amazing. IF you like garlic (is there anyone who does not? ) this is THE place – caprese, pasta fagioli, and the Angel Hair Vidali were well seasoned with nature’s best “flowering plant’ – garlic. Wrap the warmth and friendship with tasteful, diverse, almost artistically prepared food choices together with a group of people honestly seeming to enjoy making others happy: the staff. You can spend hours looking for better – and likely never find it. Go. Enjoy. Close your eyes. Breathe deep. A smile comes out – and stays out for a long time. Relax. Enjoy.

Once again another wonderful dinner at Italian Grill. Honestly the best Northern Italian in all of Vero, possibly Indian river county. It’s fresh, savory and delightful. Moderate to large portions. The calamari is always tender, light, and crispy. 10/10 recommend. Also the house creamy garlic dressing is a must for the salad. Gina is an excellent waitress,attentive, prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Italian Grill is one of the rare places that doesn’t need to have a large budget for advertising, go with the calamari and eggplant rollatini and you will understand why.

When we visited this restaurant most tables were occupied. We were fortunate to get a table for two quickly. This place definitely has delicious food at a reasonable price. Each entree comes with either a salad or soup. I ordered the soup expecting a small cup but received a huge bowl of Minestrone soup. That lasagna was piping hot and delicious. A very generous portion. When visiting the Vero Beach area I definitely recommend stopping by the Italian Grill for a great dinner and experience..
