Literally the words out my mouth on the phone were “1 large pepperoni”. I never even said pizza or cheese. NO PEPPERONI.. How do you not put pepperoni on it??? I only ordered the 1 thing. HOW DO YOU MESS THIS UP?? I’ve had multiple lack luster experiences with this place but I wanted to like it so bad because it’s right up the street. Will never be back. What a crying shame. $16 bucks

Second time trying this place, we tried almost exactly 1year ago and had a terrible experience with service and food. We decided to try again tonight because I was craving spaghetti with meatballs, and it’s close to the house. We were seated quickly, and the server we had was very attentive, and friendly. The food this time was decent, atmosphere feels uncomfortable, staff doesn’t smile(that’s important to us). I may order a pizza on occasion, but will probably not dine in at this place again.

The lasagna and Caesar salad is so delicious! Do not leave without getting the salted caramel cheesecake! I can easily eat the whole thing every time! Service does take a little longer so I don’t recommend If your very limited on time!

I’m happy I finally got a chance to try this restaurant. I came 2 weeks ago around lunch time (1:00ish) and waited over 10 minutes without even being acknowledged so I left because I don’t have a long lunch break. Came back today and still waited about 8 minutes before being seen or acknowledged which made me wary to stay. I will say that the food came out VERY QUICK and was hot and fresh and delicious which made me so happy. However, at one point the manager came out to help another guest and the problem to me is that the manager isn’t pulling her weight at lunch time. The servers are bouncing everywhere trying to help all the guests (very full parking lot) and not busing tables or ready to play the host role or help run out food. Overall a good experience but maybe your establishment needs a doorbell to get your staffs attention when customers are present if your manager isn’t helping where help is needed.

We dined here tonight (which we have several times before), but this visit was very disappointing. I ordered the chi Jen marcela, my husband ordered lasagna and our friend ordered Alfredo pasta. My chicken was absolutely TERRIBLE! I couldn’t even cut it due to its rubbery texture. When I was finally able to taste it, I had to spit it back out. This caused me to lose my appetite. My husband’s lasagna was also not good, as he had to pick the noodles out of the meat. (We’re hoping it wasn’t soured). Worse yet we weren’t compensated for the inedible food. The servers are all very young and not properly trained (not being their fault). However, they do try their best.
