All around fantastic establishmen! You feel the love in every meal! Great welcoming service and has generous cold cut sandwiches!! I love their prepped meals as it makes a lunch stop combined with a dinner spot to go!! Highly recommend Italian Riviera for more reasons then one. They even catered a huge party on short notice for us and for that I will be a life long customer!!

I grew up in Waldwick so I may be biased but as an Italian American I love this place. I recently moved away from Bergen County and didn’t realize how good I had it. From the quality of the ingredients, freshness, value for your money there is no better Italian deli in my opinion. Their sandwiches are so good, the cold sides and salads are also very good. It’s great for lunch or catering. I also love the assortment of prepared foods/soups and other products available. I for sure make it a point to stop in whenever I’m in town. 10/10 would recommend!

On my way back from NYC we took a little detour for lunch. A good friend of mine said this is a wonderful place to get a sangitch. He was right. I had the rest of the behemoth for lunch the next TWO days. The owners were super friendly and they have a real gem here. The only wish was that we could sit down and eat but I didn’t see any accommodations; could be sure to covid??

Few things in life are as satisfying as an Italian Hero, fully loaded, from the Italian Riviera! Get it with BOTH hot and sweet peppers, lettuce, oil and vinegar, balsamic vinegar, oregano. Hold the onions and tomatoes. Have it on a seeded loaf. Get any two of the salads (they’re all to die for). Tip generously because they’re grateful and will remember you the next time that you’re in. Don’t go here very often because I don’t want to wait behind you.

Classic Italian deli that has been there forever. I remember going on Sundays after church with my parents. Now stop every time I pass through northern New Jersey. House made fresh mozzarella, salads, arugula pesto, Caesar dressing, sausage. They carry fresh ricotta, all sorts of deli meats, dried pastas, etc. Haven’t tried their sandwiches but always folks in line to order them.
