Despite being a chain restaurant this is some of the best pizza in the Bel Air area. The people working here are so very nice and kind and are very passionate about the work they do which is very professional. Truly an amazing place and would recommend to anyone.

I got a quote from this place a week before my daughter’s birthday. Planned a budget around the quote. Called the day of to order it and was met with attitude from a woman who answered the phone. I started to leave the entire order and not pick it up. However , I spoke with the owner and negotiated a deal closer to what i was quoted. The pizza was delicious , and I appreciate the owner owning the situation. This completely turned a bad experience to good. I always order from here and will continue to do so.

The food has been good here. However today is not their day. I suggest that the lady at the cashier take customers orders. She’s taking an order on customer in line, then waits on tables, then takes an order on the phone, delivers food to a table, then repeats this cycle. Maybe the guys in the back can help. Who wants to stand in line just waiting to place an order. Customers time is also valuable. Lost an order for 6 people. Went to bamboo house next door. Fast service, friendly, and prompt. Customers tell me the food is good.

The pizza was some of the BEST in harford county! I feel terrible I didnt get the name of the fabulous young lady working the register and serving because she was so amazingly sweet and nice. I cant wait to try all the food they have! The atmosphere was clean and calming. The flavor of the pizza was definitely worth the 5 stars.

I’m sorry to write this review, but I’m hoping for a miracle in that the owners or management will come upon it and take note. My husband and I have been faithful patrons of the Bel Air location for over a decade. Even after moving, we would always make a point to come here on visits.
