Excellent New York style pizza, really tasty and seems authentic too. This is a chain but doesn’t taste like a chain. They also have very good salads and they are very nice sized as well. A slice and a dinner salad makes a great lunch or dinner all for a reasonable price.

Under new ownership! Wow!! Pleasantly surprised!! The dough was light and not heavy with a crisp on the bottom you would expect from New York. I’ve traveled a lot and had pizza at some of the best in the country and this place holds its own and I didn’t expect a Calzone of this quality! Perfect… Highly recommend this place and if you’ve had a less than desired experience in the past then I’d give them a second look. I almost didn’t come from some negative reviews but I am glad I did! I do not know the owners and this is a real review… I am just passionate about quality and I am glad I found this place! Thank you!

I don’t normally post bad reviews but the quality of this place has really declined over the past couple of months. For an easy Friday night we ordered some wraps and subs. The wraps were completely burned, and instead of remaking them, they delivered them that way! Shows how little they care. The steak and cheese had about 50% meat on it. Don’t know what has happened but something needs to change. We grew up with an Italian village in our town, and we were excited when the same owners took over the one in Greensburg. This is just beyond disappointing. We won’t be ordering from there again.

Recently decided to try out the Italian Village at the Eastgate location. Today, 4/2/23 was the second time we dined in. I noticed today when I paid there was an charge added to my bill for paying by credit/debit card. SAD! I am patronizing this eatery and they slap a surcharge on my bill because I am paying with a credit/debit card. From here on out I will be asking in advance if there is a fee for using my credit card at any restaurant or any place else for that matter. The prices these places charge already are inflated to compensate for the the fees the bank charges and this is nothing but gouging the customer. If you wish to lose customers this is the way to go!

Ordered from the one in Greensburg Pa tonight. And after waiting a little over a hour for delivery. I ordered an extra large pepperoni and the sampler in the sampler the mushrooms were burned along with the onion rings the chicken was dry and mozzarella sticks cold and hard. The pizza was also cold. Probably the worst shop I have ordered from in years I will not order from them again and if you like good pizza and appetizers they are not the place for you. And in the picture that little burned nugget is what is supposed to be a breaded mushroom they would all be there had I not start throwing them away.
