I really enjoyed the food until the last few times I ordered. The bacon cheese fries are different now, they’re very dry and less cheese. I also ordered a grilled chicken salad recently (I order this often) but this time the chicken was different for some reason, I think they used some type of different seasoning and it give a very weird taste. The most recent thing I ordered was a steak wedge and that also was very dry and overcooked. I hope they get back to making food like they were when they first went under new management in January then I’ll continue to be regular customer like I was.

Im already seeing the improvements here now that there is a whole new staff and I hear it is under new management and ownership so far I rate it A+ with the much needed improvements they have made. The pizza is tasty and the wings are to die for. Great job in this revamp.

OK in a pinch. Most of the Italian Village Pizzas have gone down hill. This one has been consistent and above average. The red sauce on their pizza is pretty good and priced fairly especially with the coupons they put out.

When I called I was told pick up only I go on with my order then the girl stops me and asked if I heard it’s pick up only. She kept telling me the phone goes out. I pick my order up the older lady ringing people out couldn’t find my Order in the system and said someone cashed it out. My total was 23.46 I gave her $24 she grabs the calculator to see how much change I get. If u need a calculator for that you should not work there. I get home my pizza was so hard and greasy my daughter couldn’t even eat it because of her braces so I had to cook anyway

I ordered a large half pepperoni half plain pizza for pick up. Some of my family do not eat meat. Well when we got the pizza it was full pepperoni. Now I have to make my family a salad while Everyone eats pizza…..

Tried calling and placing a delivery order person on the phone was very fumbly didn’t know how to do anything couldn’t put a credit card number in over the phone ask the same questions over and over again was very frustrating to deal with. I will not be ordering from this location anymore I would much rather drive an order from your dravosburg location where they actually know what they’re doing.
