The combo was supposed to come with fries but the guy kept saying no fries with the combo but the wings were super hard and not edible and tasted weird or old and refried the cheese steak definitely didnt look like a medium it was just ok a bit soggy but ok might go back and try something else maybe We picked the wrong items but the customer service was great besides him not wanting to honor the coupon for the combo he was pretty cool

The food is great! But their prices are not the same as on the menu. I order 20-piece wings and onion ring. On the menu, it’s 18.99, and the onion ring is 3.99, which comes out to 22.98. But they charged my card 31.00. Sorry, the food is good but not good. And them I ask for a two liter Pepsi which again on the menu it states 2.59 and they charge me 3.25. I have learned my lesson of not asking the price before giving my card to them.

Overcharging must be the norm you tried to charge extra $3 I also noticed. THE FOOD IS GOOD service can be better was afraid of being shot for not let another man come in bust in front t of me while I politely and patently waited my turn and spoke up would like delivery after that incident

I really love their food that’s really the only place that I eat and I always get the chicken shrimp and rice extra shrimp chef be hooking it up for me I’ll call him chef but it’s the guy that cooks the food he really does a good job he makes that place

Very horrible service. The guy taking my order had earbuds in and was talking to someone and had a bad attitude and did not take my order correctly or even bother to listen. I’ve never experienced this before when ordering there until I encountered him. Very rude and unprofessional. I was there between 3-5 11/12/21.

Horrible if I could do no stars at all i would! I called to order and someone picked up and put the phone down and never picked it back up then I called again and the man answered and then hung up on me and if he see this I see why u work right there and not a real paying job. The people that work there are very unprofessional and highly disorganized. Come on now it’s a pizza place, how hard is it, ring, hello, answer question, take order, repeat the order back, possibly pay, say thank you and we’ll see you in X amount of time, pass the ticket or press enter, someone else reads it and makes it, RIGHT???! Apparently not, it must be even more and highly skilled now, can’t work there unless you have a college degree and aren’t on house arrest, yeah that was the second excuse, the first was after wasting 40 min till they said it’ll be ready in 30 min once I got there, I go in the incompetent fool, who supposedly was in charge at the moment, said he never got the order, really, 2 lg chesse pies, that’s it, at 9pm, with a damn receipt showing the time and debit from the account, never got it and HE was the one answering the phone!!! To top it off, he was making food and handled money. That’s enough for me, the order, ehh ok but the MONEY!!! Before I could say anything, the other guys says im on house arrest and I gotta go, do you want the pizza or not, guess he seen my look, so now, the food gonna get rushed cuz you have to go? Thought it was 40 minutes now its another 30, ah okay, the place wasn’t even jumping, it was SUNDAY at like 10, in the summer so no major game was on. Its now 9:45pm. So in summary no I didn’t get the food, they are unorganized, lack a basic manner of respecting your elders not to mention a customer & definitely NOT saying the customer is always right, most times I see they are a bunch of whinnie hinnies scammers, but here they were also impatient failing to see their own mistakes, they lied, they were rude, THEY ARE DIRTY if one feels that comfortable with handling money and change, how about if some fries fall, or old food still in the fridge back there? Wonder if ppl get the runs after eating wings, hint ya’ll, compromising unhealthy, ill mannered, higher than normally priced items, never to go back again, until it is sold with a new manager AND employees. Steer clear, if you want a good experience try MOJU, its in philly, yeah but I tell you, who else makes a 38 inch pie that you gotta cut notches out the door to get it out, yeah, he did, so many orders and they want more, so he made it, try the “sunrise” and the pizza crust…damn getting hungry now, the crust is not some dry burn or under cooked “extra” toss it away part, nope just go and see for yourself, Google it or even you tube it

Haven’t taste everything on the menu but what I have taste the food is delicious, pizza chicken wings, shimp w/fries and there grill chicken w/shimp and rice with a fresh side of salad. Last summer about 4 or 5 preteen boys stop by just one child had enough for water. The manager give each one of them a free water.
