Ordered a plain cheese pizza and spaghetti and meatballs. I was told pick up in 40 minutes. Upon arrival, pizza wasn’t ready and there was no spaghetti noodles cooked. Ok. Money back for spaghetti and wait on pizza. Noticed a pizza on top of the ovens. 8 or so minutes went by and a customer came in with pizza box. The person behind the counter apologized and took the pizza box from her and exchanged it for the one on top of the oven and put the one she brought in on top of the oven. I was told my pizza was not ready yet when I initially arrived. The next thing I knew the pizza that was returned was given to me, from on top of the oven. Stunned, I took it and threw it in the back of my car and ordered from—for my fresh pizza.

I will NEVER, EVER ORDER FROM ITALOS AGAIN! Called at noon and ordered 16 pcs of chicken with jojos and half a tray of rigs for 15 people. Explained I needed this by 3:45. I was told, “no problem.” Then I asked for the total. I arrived promptly at 3:45 only to be told some mysterious man came in, added to my order and changed it to the next day. I was shown where it was written down on the pad. Really? A person other than myself changed my order and you didn’t call me to confirm? Odd, seeing as NO ONE knew about this order other than me. Couldn’t even admit they screwed up!

Italo’s has been here since I was a kid. It’s always hot and good; I’ve never had a bad pizza from here. The people are always very nice, polite and down to earth. Prices are reasonable and the quality is very good.

The best calzone I have ever eaten. The fried chicken is extremely good. The jojo’s = crispy coated potato wedges are the bomb. Only thing that lacks is the tangy tomato sauce. Great price for the food you get everyone. On the other side of the state I have paid $6 more for a calzone and it is nowhere near the quality or amount of toppings. What a gem
