Mediocre at best and way over priced (2 beef burgers, 1 buffalo chicken burger, 3 drinks and 1 large fry was $34). Burgers look good, but have about the same quality and taste of Burger King. They are also very, very dry. We will not be back.

Great, amazing service!!!! I totally messed up and ordered chicken fried steak thinking it was a chicken philly cheese steak (my brain wasn’t working that day). My husband realized my mistake but they had already made it, they were so kind to change it into a grilled chicken burger (I don’t eat beef). It was the most delicious chicken burger ever, I’m so happy that they were so understanding and offered to change it even without us asking. I don’t know what sauce they gave me with this burger but it was so delicious, (it’s a burger: if you’re reading this, please let me know what sauce this is so I can order it next time!!) Everything is so yummy here, it is really made of quality ingredients. They have my business forever.

The home town of Whataburger is also my home town, but It’s-A-Burger is much better. Better tasting with fresh, fresh vegetables and better french fries. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. Great memorabilia and music too!

Went here for our first time the other night since our usual place was extremely packed. Had high hopes since we saw great reviews, ordered our burgers to-go so we could have a movie night in. Got home and started digging in, noticed that one of the burgers didn’t have what we ordered and that it was burned and the grill char was also all over the burger. We then looked at the other burger and noticed the same thing. I called them and of course they were closed but someone had answered and I explained what had happened and she said even though we are closed you can come up here tonight and get your refund or swing by tomorrow and get it then. I told her that I would swing by the next day, went in that afternoon and the Owner was there and we explained the situation to him and he had first said that he doesn’t offer refunds, that he only replaces the food. We explained to him that we don’t want to replace the food and to just get our refund that was promised. He had then said that if we brought him the food he would give us a refund, which we tried to explain to him how ridiculous that is and we had showed him proof of how his staff messed up and that he should honor what was promised. He was standing up for his employees and not taking responsibility, we ended up leaving frustrated on how badly he lacked customer service. Will never go here again or refer anyone here.

Food is always high quality. Mom and pop garden to table feel is warm and welcoming. The remodel adds a great touch of home feel. Love that the food is always fresh made. I will never mind waiting for fresh cooked food. Value is amazing!

This place actually have nice burgers compared to other big name franchises. These are the type of places that serve you with a smile, very courteous, and fix your meal to order. I had the Real Bacon Cheeseburger and it was MUCH better than other places. The bacon was good and crisp, the burger was seasoned nicely, the toppings are fresh, and the bun is a Brioche bun. You have a choice of fries or tater tots and I had the fries which were good and hot. I haven’t tried the other menu items yet because this was my second visit, but I’m sure the other item are just as good. The Manager and employees are very nice here and deserve a chnce if you’re looking for good, fresh food.

My experience at it’s a Burger was quite interesting. I walk in I smell the delicious flavors from the smoke. The customer service was so extraordinary I lost myself. I lost myself in their gratitude appreciation love and care for their customers. They showed great care for how they treat their customers in the quality of the service is through the roof. If you are a fan of a burger it’s a burger is the place to be. Everything is 100% Fresh And perfectly cooked. Oh my God. I say this as I am eating.I’m highly satisfied phone and very happy thank you

The big rumor of this place that it is dressed up Sonic food, but even if that is true.. its delicious!! The customer service is always on point, a manager is typically always up front and welcoming people as they enter. Any time I order pick up from Eric its always perfect. I just wish they allowed tipping, their crew is always legit. The other review saying it has a mom and pop feel nailed it. The chicken fried steak sandwich is my favorite, I’m glad they’re in the neighborhood!
