We got padded down to enter, which is fine owners choice I guess but the service was the worst I ever experienced and they fact that they had the nerve to automatically include gratitude for two people is ridiculous. Only one waitress and one bartender on a Friday night. Sad part was the food was good. I saw the Bouncer turn away multiple at the door for either being at capacity or something else. If you have better service and not take 2.5 hours to serve two people you will serve more customers per hr. Waitress came to our table 3 times during the entire dinner. Had she came to the table we would have deff ordered more drinks/ apps. I never write reviews but it’s very transparent that the owner doesn’t know how to run a bar/restaurant.

They have a nerve to automatically charge a 20% gratuity for all customers regardless of the size of the party. This is probably why the waitstaff provides absolutely NO customer service. It took over a hour for them bring out 12 chicken wings and another 30 minutes to bring out nachos. Took another hour just to get the check and pay! A party of 3, only ordered chicken wings, nachos, 3 drinks, and it took 3 hours! It’s unfortunate since this a minority owned business. I can understand the concept and what they’re trying to accomplish, but the service is absolutely horrendous. I’d rather go to Fridays.

Update: Please note, the information regarding the tv systems not having sound was given to us by your staff and we were not the only table to inquire about hearing the action that day. If it is indeed you’re second largest day, I would assume hearing a bit of it might enhance experience however, I understand that’s not how you choose to run your business and wish you much success in your endeavor.
