The first time I ordered here it was great. The second time there wasn’t much sauce but it was passable. I thought that was the exception. This time, the wings came with basically no sauce at all. Insane.

This isn’t an actual restaurant it’s a “Ghost Kitchen” it’s literally just a side hustle from Chilis takeout labeled under a different name. Which is weird. The food is passable. I would give it a 2.5/5. To be transparent this is literally Chilis Bristol kitchen pretending to be a separate entity for full transparency.

Ordered wings for lunch while at work with a few co-workers. This was our first time ordering from here and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the parmesan and garlic boneless wings. The food was amazing and the delivery was quick. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

You get what you pay for! Placed order for boneless wings, showed up early and my order was sitting on the shelf. Everything was COLD, there is no way they cooked this to order! They also did not give me the extra ranch I paid for and the wings had little sauce on them!

I would give zero stars if I could. This business isnt even real, they are just a ghost business between doordash and chilis. I ordered about 70 dollars worth of food for delivery, and upon completing my order online, it was switched to pick up. I called the store to see if I could fix, but they said they do not do delivery and I would have to call Door dash. Door dash did not receive the order, so I called back Its Just Wings and they said they didnt have my order either. My bank statement showed the money pulled, and I had an invoice.in my email, but they still said they had no order. They did not offer to make the order anyways. So now i am out 70 dollars and food for the night. About 45 minutes after my first call, the manager called me back and said the order finally came through. At that point we had already had to order new food elsewhere. I asked for it to be refunded which he didnt know how to do, so he said he would call me back…another 30 min go by and his hostess called me and told me it was refunded, but I havent seen a refund yet and this happend 5 days ago. This was my first, and last time i ever order food from this disaster of a business

As soon as I saw this place was inside chilis all I could think was FUUUCK but I had already placed the order and couldn’t cancel LOL. The curly fries were sub par but the wings were… weird. I ordered Buffalo and they came w the sauce underneath all the wings so they barely had any on them. Even when I spread the sauce on the bottom onto the wing it still tasted odd almost like undercooked bacon. Just save yourself the hassle and go to wing it on LMAO

Just recently had a order delivered and they got my order wrong. Put in for a refund, and would gladly return the food if need be. The only good thing here is how swift they were with getting me my money back, as I had my heart set on what I specifically ordered I probably won’t touch this for a bit, or the resturant.

Horrible experience. Looks like they took a sauce pump and shot a pump of sauce across two orders of 22 wings. I called the number on the site which connected me to Chilis. I asked the representative about order and was given a run around saying I have to call their corporate number since they don’t deal with its just wings orders. First and last time I will order from them and won’t recommend. I’ll buy some Purdue chicken nuggets and some curly fries if I want something equivalent to this.

Got them for delivery and was very impressed. Bothbof my sons and zip got different flavors. They aren’t breaded like some others which is nice and their meal deals are a better value than the other local chain. My one son is very picky and he liked their BBQ as it wasn’t overly sweet.
